Who we are

§ 01 — Journey

Before training leaders, Massedou spent nearly ten years in the field as a geotechnical engineer, with experience in Algeria, Turkey, Poland, and Mali. A profession where nothing gets built without first understanding what lies beneath the surface — a logic he now applies to human development.

Founder of Institut ImpactUnivers in Bamako, he is today a Master NLP Trainer and Master Coach for businesses and leaders across French-speaking Africa. He is also the author of L'Éveil du Potentiel Africain (Éditions L'Harmattan, 2025).

His conviction: every organization, like every plot of land, has stronger foundations than it appears — the work is knowing where to dig.
